Paula Abbandonato
Director
Paula Abbandonato is the director of Miss Teen Wales, Miss Wales, and Miss Universe Great Britain. With a professional background in public relations, she has dedicated over 20 years to empowering young women through purpose-led pageantry.
Paula is also the founder and director of A-Sisterhood, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting, empowering, and protecting women worldwide. Her leadership has positioned A-Sisterhood as a powerful platform for global sisterhood, combining advocacy, fundraising, and hands-on humanitarian work. Through A-Sisterhood, Paula continues to inspire a new generation of women to lead with empathy, courage, and purpose.
Jasmin Cadwallader
Events and Social Media Executive
Jasmin Cadwallader plays a key leadership role within the Miss Teen Wales organisation, bringing a dynamic blend of professionalism, creativity, and dedication to the team. As a manager, she is instrumental in overseeing contestant coordination, event logistics, and the day-to-day operations that ensure the smooth running of the programme.
With a background in pageantry and a strong understanding of the values that underpin Miss Teen Wales—confidence, community, and personal growth—Jasmin is deeply committed to supporting young women on their journey through the competition.

Millie-Mae Adams
Official Coach to Miss Teen Wales
Millie-Mae Adams brings a wealth of experience, compassion and leadership to her role as official coach for Miss Teen Wales. A former Miss Wales and current medical student at the University of Exeter, Millie-Mae is recognised for her commitment to youth empowerment, health education and community service.
As the founder of Exeter Street Doctors, a pioneering initiative that equips young people with life-saving first aid skills, Millie-Mae has demonstrated a passion for creating safer communities. Her bilingual outreach campaigns, such as Medic Millie Mondays, have made vital health knowledge more accessible to young people across Wales and the South West. In her coaching role, Millie-Mae mentors contestants with a focus on confidence-building, public speaking and purpose-driven leadership.

Gabrielle Jukes
Official Host
Gabriella Jukes brings charisma, professionalism, and a wealth of experience to her role as compere for Miss Teen Wales. A former Miss Wales and Miss World finalist, Gabriella has since carved out a successful career as a bilingual sports presenter, broadcaster, and advocate for women’s empowerment.
With an MSc in Sport Broadcast and a background in modelling and martial arts, Gabriella is a dynamic presence both on and off stage. She currently presents for BBC Sport, FA Wales, and S4C, and has hosted major events including the UEFA Champions League Final fan festival and the JD Welsh Cup Final.

Kelly Tamplin
Life Coach for Miss Teen Wales
With a passion for empowering young women and over a decade of coaching experience, Kelly Tamplin brings energy, empathy, and clarity to the Miss Teen Wales stage. As the official life coach, Kelly plays a vital role in guiding contestants to develop inner confidence, emotional resilience, and authentic self-expression—qualities that extend far beyond the crown.
A certified mindset strategist and motivational speaker, Kelly specializes in helping teens harness their strengths, overcome self-doubt, and set bold, achievable goals. Her coaching style is warm yet purposeful, fostering a safe and uplifting space where each contestant can flourish.
